I put on muscle really easy so I enjoy to be careful near what I do. I want to flatten my tummy...you know that part right below your belly button? Also my arms surrounded by between my bo*obs and my arm when I am wearing a tank top looks heavy...what exercise should I do for my arms? And what is a way to stick next to it? I already am very tight-fisted with what I guzzle so I don't understand why my stomach and that piece on my arms won't progress away.What is a honourable workout for me?

but you can try push ups.
