What is tae bo? how do you do it??

so what is Tae bo, and how do you do it. can you give me some examples of how you do it? i want to try it at my own house, so can you mark some excercises..? PLZ?What is tae bo? how do you do it??

You can buy a tae bo dvd from walmart for cheap. It's a great workout...
aahaha, its basically in recent times kick boxing. Check out accurate ol' Billy Blanks and his videos. Its not as popular nowaday, but I still do the work outs.
is similar to a form of self defense, i used to do it in my aerobics class ending year. i really enjoyed it and it help out a lot
