What is going on near my body?

I'm 21 and revising for uni exams at the moment. I usually go to the gym 3-4 times a week, but lately haven't been competent to go. Now I come across to have piled on the shipment. I am usually a size 6-8. I think I am nearly a 10 presently in the space of three weeks. Whats going on? Will the mass shift when I go wager on to the gym? Any tips on how I can shift some weight between presently and finishing my exams would be much appreciated! Thank you.What is going on near my body?
I wouldn't worry in the region of it until your exams are over.
Basically it's because you have stopped gyming 3-4 times per week and are intake as normal.
When the exams are over and you receive back to the gym the immensity will fall sour.
If you are really worried about it you could try adjectives back on your calorie consumption everyday and formulate sure you eat plenty of fruit and veg.

A size 10 is the correct mass for a woman of your age, stop thinking you are still 14, grow up a bit and realise as a woman you need to put on some immensity, if you are really bothered go to Wallis their sizes come up much bigger, I don`t know you could still get away near an 8 in nearby
You should watch what you devour. When you go places park surrounded by the back so you own to walk far to seize to the door. Take the stairs instead of elevator. While you are studying take a break every once surrounded by awhile and do sit ups or squats!
Don't worry, it's rather normal surrounded by stressful situations to comfort eat, couple that next to lack of excersise and it soon piles on. After the exams you'll be wager on to normal within no time. Good luck with the exams.
