My friend has volleyball tryouts tomorrow right after university, and I want to make sure she remembers to pack herself a snack to devour before they start. What is the best force snack that she can have w/o refridgerator?What is the best after-school snack back volleyball tryouts?
a in good health granola bar (nature dale, special k, etc) and a banana and a bottle of water...
granola bar have drive, bananas have fiber and thus zest and water will assist revitalize her

I don`t know some sandwich meat rolled up

candy, I made the mistake at tennis last year and shared a candy tavern with my friend, I be REALLY hyper but it fizzled out very at the double and I was tired during our together game
