what is Cardio exercise??What is Cardio exercise?
"Cardio" is just short for Cardio-vascular.
it is the dub given to any exercise that gets your heart-rate up. IT is exercise that get your blood pumping faster than usual, good examples are jog, biking, swimming, Aerobics etc.
It is best for weight loss because it help in burning calories. The more you move the more calories you burn.
Anything that boosts your heart rate while you are exercising. Running, walking, aerobics, cycling...
Anything of that increases your heart rate and your cardiovascular muscles.
Exercises that speed up your heartbeat. Running, walking in a hurry, cycling, aerobics, and so forth.
